As soon as I entered the room, I was struck by a musty odor that lingered in the air. The bathroom had a dirty showerhead that deterred me from using it at all. Additionally, I was very disappointed to find the pool closed, which was a major factor in my decision to book this hotel. I had high hopes for my stay, but the reality fell far short of my expectations.
